What made you choose our company:

At first we didn't think about contacting Lowcountry Basements because our basement, which we don't have, wasn't the problem. A friend happened to be talking about a concrete repair and referred us to Lowcountry Basements for a repair of our patio crack. The crack and the sinking had left a dangerous raised section on our concrete patio.Our patio is now flat and we are very pleased with the result and the work done by Lowcountry Basements. The company is very concerned with good customer interaction and satisfaction, sets realistic expectations about the price, the work, and the scheduling. We had no surprises and experienced excellent service with a great result. We are thrilled we didn't have to remove the old patio and build a new one.
