Exceeded expectations. My pool deck's concrete panels had become uneven and presented a safety hazard.  Adlai and his crew not only did an outstanding job raising and leveling the deck, they showed a level of professionalism, expertise, and work ethic, rarely seen in most service companies today. It's clearly evident they take pride and ownership in the work they perform.  There was one section that presented a problem that, due to several cracks, made raising and leveling difficult.  Though I had not yet looked at it, Adlai was not satisfied and assured me he would come back to do whatever it took to fix that area. Now that, is real customer service!  In my opinion, Shore Up Foundation Repair is the go-to for any foundation/concrete problems.    Update: 8-20-24 Adlai returned to repair the section of pool decking that could not be raised due to extensive breaks in the concrete.  He removed the broken concrete, squared up the remaining with a concrete saw, and poured a new section including placing reinforcement tied to the adjacent sections, strengthening the repair. No steel rebar was ever used in the original decking. The finished job was as professional as I've ever seen, and being a retired Seabee, I've seen plenty of concrete work.  What is most amazing is that he did not charge me one cent for the work, not even for the materials. I was dumbfounded. When I asked why, he said he just wanted to make it right like he promised.  The folks at Shore Up really want customers to be completely satisfied with their work. My experience reveals a company that goes above and beyond expectations for their customer.  I'm absolutely sold on Shore Up and will be recommending them to my neighbors and friends.  Thanks guys! I want to start by saying that I can’t recommend Shore Up Foundation Repair enough. Everyone that I came into contact with in their organization is top notch. They all made sure that both myself and my wife understood everything that they were going to do and exactly how they would perform the work. This was so refreshing based off of our first experience with one of their competitors.My wife and I had to have foundation repairs done to our home that we purchased a few years ago. We used a competitor (only because I was not aware of Shore Uo Foundation Repair) approximately a year ago for what we thought would be a complete repair for our home. Unfortunately, that did not turn out to the be the case. We had numerous problems and very poor communication with this particular company. When the time came to move for to complete the job and repair the damage (numerous cracks in the walls, separated crown molding and baseboards etc…) caused by the negligence of the other company, I reached out to Chase Watkins with Shore Up. From the moment he and I talked, I felt very confident that he and his team would handle things correctly. Once we agreed to the scope of the work, I was introduced to Adlai Stripling who is the production manager. Adlai was awesome to deal with. A real down to earth no nonsense individual that clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and is fully committed to keeping his word. When he says he’s going to be there, he and his team are there. Adlai along with Clay and Landon blew us away with their ability finish the job much quicker than we expected and to actually have the cracks in the walls disappear. My wife took videos and sent them to me as she watched the cracks closing as they were lifting the house. A door in our bedroom that was off center and wouldn’t close since the last company did their “repairs” was instantly able to operate properly.My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the results of the work they provided us. Great service. The initial visit by Chase was great. He measured my front porch and my walkway and explained the costs and procedure to us. Very professional. The day of the job, Ben and Jackson came out, went over what they wanted to do and went right to work. They expertly leveled my porch, bringing back into alignment my front windows which I had installed six months previously. Then they sealed all the joints, so I could pressure wash my house. They leveled up my front walkway fixing mytrip hazards due to annoying trees. Very well done. Itwas a pleasure to work with all three gentlemen. I hope to have them back to see about my driveway after I get rid of some trees. Thank you for your help and your service.

If I could give 10 stars I would. These guys are very knowledgeable and explained the whole process start to finish. Adlai went above and beyond anything I could have expected. His expertise kept me at ease throughout. The entire shore up team was very professional. Chase came in and took a tour around the crawlspace of my home. He then showed me pictures of problem areas and began to build me a custom quote. All houses are different and require different needs. I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me. After doing an extensive amount of research, I chose Shore up to handle my encapsulation. I’m so happy I did. I love that they are locally owned and really take pride in their work. When the job was completed I crawled down under the house and it was immaculate. A true turn around. What a pleasure doing business with this company! From the start, Chase made the long drive to explain the process for a needed foundation repair followed by a crawl space encapsulation. We got a fair price and made a date for the work. Jackson and Wade showed up on time, explained their plan of attack and executed it perfectly.
