What made you choose our company:

I have been using FRCA for several years. Initially it was to install push piers and smart jacks because my Willow Glen home was sinking. I have the misfortune to own a house where 1/2 is on sand and 1/2 is on clay causing lots of movement. Just making a new foundation doesn't mean it will stay up if the soil moves or sinks. Push piers down to bedrock are needed to support the foundation. This premise works well as long as your foundation is solid. After many years, my 75 year old house's foundation developed way too many cracks & the push piers had nothing to grab...FRCA did an amazing job of replacing 90% of my original house foundation and adding additional steel support beams. They did this while my family stayed in the house! I now have a brand new foundation and the push piers will hold the house up for years to come.

I had wonderful concrete and pier crews that went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations. Thank you Ash, Jorge del Rio, Edwin, Jose Lopez, Jorge Meza, Horacio, Felipe, Aristeo, and Lebis from the concrete teams and Gabe, Antonio and Miguel from the pier team.
