Sam Phelps

Sam has been with us since the beginning. He started as a Structural Consultant, helping people find the best solution to repair their home's foundation and crawl space. These days, he has taken the reigns of our Concrete Restoration Team, where he helps people improve the quality of their concrete by lifting, leveling, and restoring it back to life without replacing it.

Sam has gone through extensive training to become a Certified Concrete Restoration Specialist. How could he lead his team if he wasn't? Sam's favorite thing about his job is that he gets to meet new people, which allows him the opportunity to have a lasting impact

on the safety of their home.

When Sam isn't working, you can find him spending time with his family, and his dog, a black lab named Duke, who is also our CFO (Chief Fun Officer).
