Comment: My home Slab is cracked in several places in the interior of the home plus garage, it flexes every year (even with Ditra on top of porcelain tile), and I had core concrete samples taken- they were terribly uneven within 5 feet of each other. I am unable to fix my floors permanently. I am still waiting on my report from my 2nd engineer with the core samplings, however suspect the sub-grade is not evenly compacted plus an uneven concrete pour is my problem.
