All staff were very professional, however with comfort in that you are the primary company in AZ for foundation repair, comes the continued reminder to have your front sales reps to have customer service and prompt follow up in mind.
Victor Rivera was my sales rep. Excellent presentation... although that is the easy part. The hard part is follow up back to the customer post job completion and if a customer has any questions along the way. No follow up was done, unless I contacted the office and the supervisor was involved. Again 1st question response is the key continued customer service will keep customers coming back. Word of mouth from community keeps business up and original customers coming back. I felt like a statistic from my sales consultant.
Showed up on time if not early and cleaned up. Belgar was outstanding and very professional. He was patient with my follow up questions and treated me like I mattered, and appreciated the fact that I spent a lot of money for this system and wanted me to be happy with the result. Please have his superiors commend him on a job well done.
