What made you choose our company:

I have researched repairing my foundation for over 12 years. Anytime I approached a contractor and engineer about the work that needed to be done, everyone, hands down recommended AZ Foundation Solutions, stating if it's foundation work you need, they are the experts and the ones who can do it the best. I spoke to two different structural engineers and several other foundation specialists and no one had any idea on how to go about repairing the problem with my foundation. Initially we all believed expansive soil was the cause of my heaved foundation, however, as we got closer to work beginning, it came to light that the problem may actually be caused by a tree root. Ryan, my sales associtate, made sure to have two proposals worked up to ensure both avenues of repair were covered and cost would not be a surprise once the installation of my new foundation had taken place.
