I understand the products are unique and superior to competitors but they're VERY expensive.

There was confusion when scheduling both David and Sara's crews. I was given time frames for both by the scheduler and both windows of time were missed by hours. You could afford to tighten this up.

Sales rep, brian, was great.

David and his crew for pilars and sara for stem wall/injections were absolutely incredible

For as expensive as this service is, I'm pretty disappointed that the cleanup is not all inclusive. i hate that I have to paint the stem wall myself after repair to match the rest of the house and that I had to relocate the pavers in the backyard after pilars were installed. I also hate that the bushes, plants, trees that were ripped out weren't replaced. For as much money as I paid all of this should be covered in the price.
